What we collect
Your name, email, shipping address and order history when you buy something, plus basic analytics about how the site is used. We never see your full card number — payments are handled by our payment provider.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, answer support messages, and — only if you opt in — send you occasional emails about new colours and restocks.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the shop: our payment processor, our shipping carrier and our email provider. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 10 years to satisfy accounting law. Marketing contacts are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@jaellie.com and we'll action it within 30 days.
Children
Our toys are for kids, but our shop is for grown-ups. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
