Orders placed before 14:00 CET ship the same day from Prague. Every parcel is tracked, and the exact rate for your address is confirmed at checkout — the table below is what you can expect.

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused squish in its original box for a full refund. Email hello@jaellie.com with your order number and we'll send a return label. Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the parcel.
Damaged or torn on arrival
Send us a photo within 30 days and we'll ship a replacement straight away — no need to return the original.
Duties and taxes
EU prices include VAT. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
