Orders
An order is accepted once we send you a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and we'll refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in USD and include EU VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout.
Safety warning
Jaellie squishes are toys for ages 5+. They are not food, are not edible, and should be kept away from open flames, sharp objects and pets. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
Right of withdrawal
EU customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason; our own returns window is longer at 30 days.
Liability
We're responsible for products that are faulty or not as described. We aren't liable for damage caused by misuse, such as cutting, heating or stretching a squish beyond its limits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
